What is meant by "Custom Templates"?

Custom template simply means that we add a special touch to the photos taken at the event by adding special text and images to the photos. This can be the event theme, company or organization logo and so on.

Some packages include the custom templates for free but there can be extra cost based on the complexity of the design and the amount of templates requested by the client.

What is meant by "Unlimited photos"?

Unlimited photos means that you can print as many photos you need during the hours the booth is booked for.
Example
If you booked the both for the Bronze package, you can print as many photos you want during the one hour period.

What is your refund policy?
Once we have done the job there is no refund. That’s why we sit down with our clients and do a full discovery and find out their needs before we show up at the event.
Can we get all the images you take at the event?

We do not give out all the images taken on at the events because some images may come out blurry and out of focus.
We do not want to give you an image that does not look good because every image is a representation of out brand.
